Appears to be complete plus extras. There are 36 action cards. 17 figures but only 15 character cards (two missing), base game came with only 6. Box has a little wear including some dinged corners/edges and scratches on the artwork. Overall good. Some figures have bends. Two have broken arms/weapons but they can be glued back together.
